Peter Stovall
Agent & Partner

A University Park native, Peter graduated from Highland Park High School in 2005 and Texas State University in 2009 with degrees in Political Science and Business Administration. For nine years, he worked at his family’s natural gas company, Clean Energy, managing their wholesale portfolio.

In 2018, Peter joined Will Seale and Sam Sawyer at Compass in the Park Cities office. Peter’s extensive connections in Dallas, an ambitious, outgoing personality, and methodical work ethic made the transition to the real estate business both natural and seamless. Will and Sam, both founding partners of Compass Real Estate in the Dallas market and voted to D Magazine’s D Best Real Estate List 2011-2020, were fantastic mentors.

As his business continued to grow, being named a D Best Agent and Top Producer in 2020, Peter decided to leave Compass and partner with longtime family friends, Carter and Camille Fournier. The Fournier-Pittman family has a long-standing legacy in the luxury real estate market, through Judy Pittman, Inc., where they have represented many of the prominent names in Dallas, including Peter’s Grandfather and repeat client, T. Boone Pickens.

Peter and his wife, Bailey, are actively involved in the Dallas community and currently reside in University Meadows with their three daughters. Bailey is a member of Junior League, The Tuesday Garden Club, and volunteers regularly at the Rise School. Peter is a member of Lakewood Country Club, The TouchDown Club of Dallas, a board member of the Moody YMCA, and a board member and former Dinner Chairman of Park Cities Quail Coalition.

Carter Fournier
Partner

Carter is an active partner in the strategic planning, finance, and operations of Pittman Stovall. With over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Carter is well suited to help lead Pittman Stovall into its next chapter.

Carter has been involved with the brokerage since 1999 when he was in high school and began working with his aunt, Judy Pittman, initially handling administrative tasks and eventually becoming a licensed real estate agent with the company. Carter enjoyed working side-by-side with his aunt, especially in the development and sellout of the Vendome Residences. During college, Carter obtained his broker’s license and started Concord Interests, a residential real estate and development firm, which engaged members of fraternities and sororities as brokers and focused on townhome development and real estate brokerage around SMU’s campus in University Park.

Following graduation, Carter went on to pursue investment and development possibilities in the commercial real estate space at Greenway Investment Company,  an opportunistic real estate investment firm that focuses on retail, industrial, multifamily, and land throughout the Southwest with assets in access of 1 billion dollars. Carter spent 7 years with Greenway, eventually becoming a partner, and maintains partnerships with his old team today. After Greenway, Carter went on to found Concord Capital Partners, a Dallas-based real estate private equity firm focusing on industrial and retail assets throughout the Sunbelt. At Concord, Carter is responsible for overall partnership management and oversight of sourcing and managing investments. Local investments include retail in Snider Plaza, Preston Center, Lovers Lane, and various properties on Preston Road.

Carter graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory School, earned a BA in Real Estate Finance and an MBA with a focus in Real Estate Finance and Strategy and Entrepreneurship from SMU’s Cox School of Business.

Carter serves on the board of the SMU Folsom Institute for Real Estate. He is a member of the Dallas Country Club and Christ the King Church and is a previous board member of the City of Dallas Tax Increment Financing District.
